Our final presentation evening of the season on Tuesday night was a huge success. We were delighted to have City legend Paul Lake as our guest of honour who had the patience of a saint while players and parents posed for photographs with him. Our thanks go to Paul now working as an ambassador for City in the Community, he was only asked two weeks ago if he would present the trophies but still made time in his busy schedule to attend.
Congratulations to all our teams for a fantastic 2009/10 season and especially to the players who received individual awards, not forgetting our new manager of the year Dave Kitchen.
The parents deserve special thanks over the two nights for playing their part in making them special night for the players.
While it might be the end of the season for the players the committee will be hard at work during the summer organising things for the start of next season.
